Studio Kader operates from a workspace in the west of Amsterdam, in a building shared with fellow artists and designers.

   Studio Kader is an independent project studio for art and design founded by Carolina Aboarrage and Lot Meijers. Within Studio Kader, Carolina specializes in graphic design, while Lot's focus is on project management. They also offer combined services, simplifying things for clients. 
   One branch of Kaders expertise lies in crafting identities, publications, motion graphics, websites, and exhibition identities, with an eye for vibrant color combinations, layered aesthetics and distinctive typography.
   The other branch offers professional project management, including exhibition production and commission supervision, primarily serving clients in the cultural sector. Kader has a wealth of experience in handling intricate projects both locally and internationally.

The Temple

In The Temple of Conception, a project by artists collective Susan Kooi, questions about family and kinship take center stage. A dynamic sculpture installation hosts a series of events, shrouded in mystery and intrigue. Throughout the exhibition, diverse events unfold, curated in collaboration with performers and artists. Inviting visitors to ponder the myriad paths to family, sparking conversations and celebration

After a hiatus and reflections on the pressures of individual artistic careers, the collective previously known as kunstenaarsinitiatief beyoncé and Samet Yilmaz, return under the name Susan Kooi, reclaiming their collective identity and embracing radical change. Exhibition planned for January 2025.

The Castle

The Castle is an installation as exhibiton including public program curated, produced and organised by k.i. beyoncé. It is at once scenery and exhibition, with works in different media. For the Castle we produced tapestries, ceramics, a castle garden with wishing well and a 10 meter long wooden table.

The public program included screenings, lectures, a market and an afternoon of sword fighting and poetry. Supported by AFK and realised with crowdfunding (voordekunst).
